Location: Harmony Way Office -- Space is limited to 7 women maximum.

Join Michelle Caron, RMT, CYT of Harmony Way for a relaxing, uplifting Women's Restorative Workshop. After the holiday rush and all of its accompanying stress, it is important to re-focus inward on our own needs as women and caretakers. This workshop is appropriate for women of all ages, from 18-118! We will gather in a supportive circle to share, open our hearts, heal, laugh, cry, and experience ceremony together. We will participate in gentle and restorative yoga poses, guided meditation, a drum circle, delicious and healthy refreshments, and Reiki-infused sacred drinking chocolate, all while in the company of other amazing women who will encourage us to take care of ourselves, be gentle with ourselves, and to feel capable, beautiful, and wise to move forward into the new year as strong women leaders and healers/caretakers within our community.
