Client sessions and classes are now offered both IN-PERSON at Harmony Way and VIRTUALLY on Zoom. Select in-person private client sessions and trainings can be set up directly during regular business hours.
Harmony Way is located in Mid-Coast Maine, but works with those from all over the country and world.
We are in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States.
