Policies

     For the fastest and most effective results, we recommend combining our healing techniques with traditional medical care and advice.  Alternative healing works in a wonderful, non-invasive and complementary fashion with traditional medicine.  You will genuinely love the results when you work with us.  Harmony Way offers a variety of modalities and solutions to assist you, along with the highest principles and ethics.  

     We also offer affordable, mainly sliding scale services for individuals and groups by appointment, primarily during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

*We accept cash and checks, as well as all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Venmo.  Please go to our Venmo (MichelleCaron-HarmonyWay) or  PayPal page if you would like to make an online payment.  You can also pay with a credit/debit card at the time of your appointment.

*Payment is due at time of service or before, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Payment plans are available in advance with approval for special circumstances.

*Refunds are not issued for events, classes or appointments, as Harmony Way provides services, rather than products that could be returned.

*We encourage you to seek regular medical screenings and treatment as part of your well-being. Complementary medicine/holistic healing is NOT intended as a replacement for medical care or to diagnose or treat any illness, but rather is intended to enhance your overall wellness and healing when added to regular health care screenings and treatment.

*24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

*Missed appointments will incur a $30 fee.

 

*Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
