Virtual Fitness Class Schedule
Interested in joining one of Michelle's online yoga and meditation classes?
They are appropriate for all levels, including senior citizens and beginners (though anyone is welcome).
One-hour classes held via Zoom
$10 per person, per class for non-seniors
$5 per person, per class for veterans, students &
senior citizens
