Welcome to the November, 2021 Harmony Way Newsletter!
Can you believe it is already November...and almost the end of 2021...and nearly the end of Autumn? This year has flown by and will likely continue to do so. It is time to get cozy, relaxed and warm, if you have not already done so. This time of year is ideal to wear layers, eat hot foods/drink hot beverages and to enjoy warming, carminative spices with your meals and snacks, while also making time to unwind and be mindful each day as the days get shorter. Whatever your plans are this month, I wish you a beautiful, peaceful November. Each day, I am grateful for you, for all that you are and for all that you do.

Do you feel burned out by the end of the holiday season in Autumn/Winter? If so, you can take simple actions to help prevent this in the future! You have the power to feel less frazzled, calmer and much more balanced through the seasons. The holidays don't have to be so draining for you and for your energy levels. In this empowering class, instructed by Michelle Caron, you will learn the essentials for allowing and maintaining health, balance and harmony of the body, mind/emotions and spirit through a variety of techniques and modalities, including how to "detox" your life through time management, boundary setting, nutritional recommendations, meditation, yoga/gentle forms of exercise, herbal remedies, connecting more deeply with nature/the seasons, energy work and healing old traumas. Learn tips to nourish yourself in all areas of your life with this workshop. You are worth it!

As we move into the colder months that are often a time of a little hibernation for those of us in chilly climates, it is a great idea to begin or to continue a fitness program, tailoring it to your personal needs and preferences. Moving, in any way that feels good to us, is good for us!
