This Month's Exercise Demo:
(From: blogilates)
I am not sure if these ab isolations will make my lower belly fat or ME actually cry...but, I am open to trying it and seeing what happens! Maybe both will cry. All of my fitness classes incorporate toning for the core, as these help our spine to be healthier. Just about everyone should do core work that is appropriate for their fitness level/any injuries, especially as people get older and most importantly for those with back injuries who want to feel less pain and more stability. If you try this workout, I hope it is just your abs that cry...and may they be tears of joy!
*Always check in with your medical health provider for advice and guidance before starting a new workout program, being mindful of any existing conditions or injuries that you have, discussing these with a qualified medical professional prior to trying any workout.
This Month's Wellness Articles:
(From: Healthline)
Above is an article that should help to answer questions about plant-based proteins. This is an area about which I get many questions on a fairly regular basis. It is important to know what is good or not and what might be better choices. Hopefully this article will provide some insight and support for anyone seeking some concise, helpful information about this popular topic.
