This Month's Exercise Demos:

Group Exercise Class

(From: Curtis Adams)

(From: The Body Coach TV)

Above are two great and very different options for workouts. If you are limited in mobility or require a chair to assist your exercise routine, then the first workout above may be of interest. The other one is a short routine of 20 moves in 20 minutes that should help you to work up a sweat.

Always check in with your medical health provider for advice before starting a new workout program, being mindful of any existing conditions or injuries that you have, bringing these up with a medical professional prior to trying any workout.

This Month's Wellness Articles:

Reiki

&

(From: Michelle Caron, RMT/Harmony Way)

(From: National Cancer Institute)

Above are three articles, instead of the usual two. First, I receive a lot of questions about what Reiki is and is not. Did you know, for example, that there are over 250 different forms of Reiki at this time...and there was originally only one (called The Usui Natural Method of Healing)? The above articles about Reiki give information about this gentle form of alternative healing that originated in Japan.

The other article is for those who are struggling with Cancer or who have loved ones facing this disease. There is so much information available via Google and other search engines, that it can be challenging to discern what to trust for resources. The above article gives helpful tips about this area.

This Month's Yummy Recipe Links:

Vegan Bolognese Sauce

(From: Feasting at Home)

Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free

(From: PureWow)

Vegan, Gluten-Free

Do you love pasta and carbs, but are looking for healthier choices to be able to enjoy these treats without spending hours in the kitchen? The above recipes should be able to help you with that. There is a delicious Bolognese sauce made with lentils, which are high in protein, fiber, iron and lots of other great nutrients. The other recipe is made with sweet potatoes (so yummy) as noodles and an almond-based sauce. For those who are not allergic to nuts, almonds are a wonderful source of protein, fiber, healthy fats, calcium and iron, as well as other minerals. Enjoy these recipes if you try them!

Spread Love

PS This is a reminder to spread love wherever you go. Really, throw it around like confetti or glitter. You won't regret it. You are loved and appreciated.

Why not share that with others?

Anytime you do, it makes the world a brighter place for all.

Keep shining your beautiful light.

💖Michelle
