This Month's Exercise Demos:
(From: Kyra Pro)
(From: California Schools VEBA Resource Center)
Here are two fun, October-themed workouts to try this month. One is dance fitness with lots of great songs. The other is a full body workout appropriate for when you have a shorter period of time to exercise.
Always check in with your medical health provider for advice before starting a new workout program, being mindful of any existing conditions or injuries that you have, bringing these up with a medical professional prior to trying any workout routine.
This Month's Wellness Articles:
(From: NIH)
(From: Medical News Today)
Here are two evidence-based articles about subjects that affect many of us. First up is a topic that is close to my own heart -- CHOCOLATE. If you are a chocolate-lover, then this write-up, from the National Institutes of Health, may be of interest. The other is about sleep deprivation, something that many people struggle with, especially if they are over-worked, stressed out or have children at home. I hope you find either or both of these articles to be useful and engaging.
